You also miss out on independent shops that some creators have outside the big name e-commerce marketplaces and print-on-demand sites.Blackbeard's Gift Shop to the rescue! All shops listed here have been verified as belonging to the original artist/creator. Submissions & Issues

LISTING SUBMISSIONS: All stores with OFMD-inspired goods are welcome! Your store does not have to be exclusively OFMD-related. Artists/costumers/crafters who take commissions are also welcome to submit their commissions info. You are also welcome to submit a store that isn't your own for listing.

REPORT AN ISSUE: Please use the form below if you find any issues on the site, such as broken links, shops that are stealing art or reusing product images from other sellers, shops that are outright scams, or shops/sellers that endorse or participate in hate speech or discrimination. You can also let me know if you'd like your store removed from this listing for any reason.I will get all submissions processed and issues addressed asap, but I'm just one person so it may take a few days sometimes!

Shopping Small & Commissioning

Please allow me to get on my soapbox for just a moment.Shopping at small businesses and commissioning independent creators is a great way to support your local and worldwide fandom community. If you can't afford to do either, many of the creators listed on this site have tip jars (such as Ko-fi) so you can send them what you can to say thank you for their work.Please remember that small businesses, especially fandom-focused ones, are often run by just one person. Print-on-demand sites like Redbubble/Inprnt/Society6 can print and ship relatively quickly, but many people selling on Etsy or a personal site need a bit of time to get your item in the mail (or created if it's made-to-order). Please be especially patient during holiday seasons (check their location) and with international shipping!Please do not ever tell someone they're charging too much for commissions. The vast majority of fan artists are undercharging—yes, even that one you think is overpriced. Their work takes skill and time, and they deserve to be paid a living wage. If you can't afford someone's prices, just move on without giving them a hard time. It's also generally a good idea to tip the person you've commissioned (unless they specifically say not to). Especially if they were really fast or did something special for you without charging extra! While it is important for creators to be up front about the expected delivery time, sometimes life throws unexpected things at us all. As long as the person is communicating with you, try to be patient and understanding.Thanks for reading and happy shopping!
